Background
His professional experience spans a broad portfolio of projects in academia, public administration, political consulting, the public and private financial sector, and legal consulting for governments and companies. A pioneer in Compliance in Mexico, he built the compliance function for one of the largest banks in the world. Recognized as one of Mexico’s disruptive lawyers, with solid academic training in Mexico and abroad. He currently advises on Intellectual Property, internal corporate regulation, personal data, and the legal framework of digital environments and new technologies.
