Professional experience

Attorney specializing in business law, with more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing comprehensive legal solutions. She has led strategic litigation projects by integrating different legal disciplines, particularly in corporate law, legal representation, and legal interpreting and translation.

Background

She studied at the Lille University of Political Science in France and at the University of São Paulo in Brazil. In São Paulo she worked in consulting and project development, taking part in initiatives for international companies as well as non-governmental organizations. She has spoken at national and international forums on business law, commercial companies, foreign investment, business expansion and legal translation, organized by Tecnológico de Monterrey, the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados) and various international organizations. She has also contributed to publications such as IR Global Guide and Ecos Diplomáticos.
